METHOD FOR HERNIOPLASTY OF ESOPHAGEAL HIATUS OF DIAPHRAGM WITH PROLENE ENDOPROSTHESIS

The method for hernioplasty of the esophageal hiatus of the diaphragm comprises the application of the endogenous graft. The prolene endoprosthesis is used with this aim. The medial cruris of the diaphragm are sewed onto the endogenous prosthesis modeled to the normal size of the esophageal hiatus. The endoprosthesis is then fixed to the membranous part of the diaphragm and along the medial cruris on both sides of the implant.
