A method to grow soriz includes basic and presowing soil cultivation, applying inorganic fertilizers, herbicides, sowing, plant cultivation, harvesting. The sowing of the soriz is carried out with 45 cm interrows, density of planting of 300 thousand plants/ha without herbicides under the rational irrigation mode, maintaining the soil moisture content at the level of 65% of field moisture capacity up to the stage of starting the paniculation, 75% at the grain-forming stage and 65% at the milk and wax ripeness stage.
