The device has an isosceles rectangle triangle (1) whose right angle is a corner of a tailgate (2) where the sides of the right angle measure about 10 to 30 centimeters. The triangle is articulated along its hypotenuse (5) with the rest of the tailgate by a butt hinge that limits an opening of the triangle at 115 degrees. An end of the right angle is cut. A luminous device (3) indicating danger is surrounded by a reflecting band (4).
