A windmill consists of a rotary head with wind wheel on which wind energy transformers are installed, with additional wind wheels, and a fixed support. Axis of rotation of the wind wheel is placed in horizontal position. Each transformer of electric energy is equipped with two additional wind wheels, those are installed in sequence, have opposite direction of rotation, and axles of rotation of those coincide. Such implementation of the unit makes it possible to provide increase of coefficient of utilization of wind flow energy by additional wind wheels.
