The method involves printing on a support using any convenient technique and cutting the support around a printed zone (62) to be cut to make a detachable sticker of a printed piece. The support is stripped to free a space around the sticker and to delimit a surface for the deposition of a resin dome (64). The resin is flown to form a resin dome and is solidified either by free air or by a drying stove. An independent claim is also included for a printed piece fabricated in a printed piece fabrication method.
