<p>The device has fixed male pieces (7) projecting on a peripheral wall (41) of a fixation tip (40) of a prosthesis supporting pier (1). The pieces cooperate with the corresponding grooves (8) provided on an inner wall (31) of a collar (3). The grooves are dimensioned such that the sliding of the pieces in the grooves drives the movement of the pier in a fixation position. The pier is blocked in the fixation position by a link rod.</p>
