The immunoenzyme assay kit for detecting the antibodies against human immunodeficiency viruses (HIV-1, HIV-2, HIV-0) (DIA-HIV 1/2-0) comprises the polypeptides, the analogues of p17, p24, gp41, gp120 of HIV-1 and p36 of HIV-2 as the components of immunosorbent and conjugate. To increase the sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosticum, the recombinant proteins gp110 of HIV-2 and Env-Gag, the fusion HIV polypeptide are added to the conjugate. The assay kit allows one for detecting HIV-1, HIV-2 and HIV-0 infection within one-stage assay with the simultaneous incubation of sera and conjugate.
