METHOD FOR PROGRAMMABLE SEQUESTRECTOMY IN TREATING PANCREATONECROSIS

The method for the programmable sequestrectomy in treating pancreatonecrosis comprises the removal of the necrotic pancreatic tissues with the surrounding fat using the laparoscopic instruments. The necrotic sequestra of the pancreatic tissues with the surrounding fat are removed through the silicon draining tubes. These tubes intended for inserting the laparoscope and the laparoscopic instruments serve as multiple ports for the programmable laparoscopy and sequestrectomy.
