The proposed method for testing gas or liquid flow rate meters consists in setting controlled parameters of the flow rate meter according to the specifications, experimentally determining the values of the parameters by testing the meter, calculating the complex indicator characterizing the state of the meter by the values of the parameters, and comparing the value of the complex indicator with the value that is specified for the tested flow rate meter.
