A method for removal of molybdenum kernel of tungsten spirals comprises etching of molybdenum kernel, controlling the completeness of kernel etching, washing and drying tungsten spirals. The etching of molybdenum kernel is carried out in the medium of aprotonic solvents, e.g. dimethyl formamide or dimethyl sulfoxide.
