<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure of an oscillating bowl, improve the durability, and reduce man-hours for manufacturing by providing/unifying the sorting functions at one place. <P>SOLUTION: In an oscillating type parts feeding method, when welding nuts are placed on a part transport truck 3 arranged at the inner wall of an oscillating bowl 2 in a parts feeder, and, while the welding nuts are sequentially aligned, the welding nuts in a normal posture are sorted and fed from a parts exhaust port at the ascending termination of the truck to an objective place, the vicinity of the parts exhaust port of the oscillating bowl 2 is freely attachably and detachably fitted with a parts sorting unit 70 for passing only the welding nuts in the normal posture along a shape of a circumferentially curved surface of a bowl wall where vibrations are transmitted to the centrifugal direction of the oscillating bowl. This constitution makes it possible to immediately deal with sorting of the welding nuts along with size changing by replacing only the parts sorting unit 70 or adjusting the unit parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
