<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distinguish and determine user voice, that is, word-of-mouth information consisting of an experience story, a comment on use, a complaint about a certain event and the like from a mixture of all types of information with no limitation of a field or an object by using the presence of experience expression and evaluation expression. <P>SOLUTION: In this word-of-mouth information determination method, it is determined whether an evaluation expression is written in an input text or not by referring to an evaluation expression storage means. It is determined whether an experience expression is written in the input text or not by referring an experience expression storage means.
