<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for preventing improper reading of information of a non-contact IC card, and preventing skimming. <P>SOLUTION: The non-contact IC card holding bag is comprised of a laminated material laminated with metal foil. It is preferable that the laminated material is a laminated material of aluminum foil and plastic film, and it is particularly preferable that the plastic film is laminated on both faces of the metal foil. Since the IC card holding bag is laminated with the metal foil, and electromagnetic waves are shielded, data will not be read as long as the IC card is held within.
