PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum forming machine for interior fittings which has an evacuation mold 5 for a substrate with the substrate 4 set and an evacuation mold for a skin material having a mold surface corresponding to the surface shape of the skin material 10 with a foamed layer to be shaped, can bond the skin material 10 along the undercut part 4b of the substrate 4 when a mold is clamped and evacuated simultaneously while the skin material 10 is softened by heating, and makes a substrate corner part 22 of a small radius of curvature beginning to be a negative angle sharply shapable/bondable in a similar shape. SOLUTION: In the evacuation mold for the skin material to be a concave mold 16a in relation to the evacuation mold 5 for the substrate, a mold corner part 30 projecting in a similar shape in relation to the substrate corner part 22 in a degree to allow demolding by the compression of the foamed layer 12 and a non-permeable mold retreat part 31 which is connected to the mold corner part and is made to retreat demoldably in a non-similar shape from its similar shape in relation to the undercut part 4b are formed.
