PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationalize information distribution to a driver by achieving information distribution coordinated by a plurality of base stations in a narrow band inter-road-vehicle wireless communication. SOLUTION: A base station side communication system 80 includes a first base station 81, and second base stations 82, 83. The first base station 81 transmits first information associated with a prescribed facility 92 to an automobile side processing apparatus 91 acting like a mobile station during passing through a first zone 85 by means of the narrow band wireless communication. The second base stations 82, 83 transmit second information much more concrete than the first information associated with the prescribed facility 92 to the automobile side processing apparatus 91 of an automobile 90 which has entered second zones 86, 87 located at a downstream side from the first zone 85 by means of the narrow band wireless communication in a driving direction of the automobile 90 equipped with the automobile side processing apparatus 91.
