PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the breakage of a sealing pipe at the time of joining a sealing pipe to an airtight terminal. SOLUTION: A solder paste 15a in a belt shape is applied to the outer circumference surface of an airtight terminal 10. The inner circumference surface of an opening end of a sealing pipe 16 is positioned in the application position. In this state, a clearance is slightly open between the inner circumference surface of the sealing pipe 16 and the solder paste 15a. Then, by heating locally the part applied by the solder paste 15a, the solder paste 15a is fused so that the clearance may be filled in instantaneously.
