<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine information creation system which creates easily understandable and more appropriate medicine information for a patient, and also to provide medicine information thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A medicine information creation section 13 reads prescription data and corresponding image data for every prescription which are memorized in a memory section 12 and creates medicine information.
