PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker and an electronic apparatus and device for use in an acoustic apparatus, wherein it is intended to decrease the thickness of the speaker and the electronic apparatus and device. SOLUTION: A plurality of small pits 27a are formed to constitute the speaker on the inner peripheral side of a coupling part with a voice coil 28 of a vibration plate 27, whereby the shape rigidity of the vibration plate 27 is increased to intend to reduce an unwanted resonation. Hence, this arrangement can be made to realize stabilization of the sound pressure frequency characteristics and a thin type of speaker due to the decrease in the overall height dimension of the vibration plate 27.
