PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging lens which has excellent optical performance as a lens for a solid-state imaging device, and is inexpensive and compact. SOLUTION: The imaging lens for forming an image on the solid-state imaging device is constituted of: an aperture stop ST; a 1st positive lens L1 turning its convex surface to an object side; a 2nd positive lens L2 turning its convex surface to an image surface side; and a 3rd negative lens L3 turning its concave surface to the image surface side in order from the object side, and satisfies conditional expressions: 1.3<f1/f2<3 (f1: the focal length of the 1st lens L1, and f2: the focal length of the 2nd lens L2), and -4<(r2+r3)/(r2-r3)<-2 (r2: the radius of curvature of the surface of the 1st lens L1 on the object side, and r3: the radius of curvature of the surface of the 1st lens L1 on the image surface side).
