PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide thunderbolt dangerousness information corresponding to each user for unspecified users having variable positions. SOLUTION: In the thunderbolt information providing system, thunderbolt location information is received from a location system of a thunderbolt, and future transition of a thunderbolt location is predicted with reference to the transition of the thunderbolt location contained in the thunderbolt location information. Based on user's present position information transmitted from a personal digital assistance (mobile phone), recognition is made to the user's present position, and determination is made to the presence of the user in a dangerous region from the relation between the future transition of the predicted thunderbolt location and the user's present position. Warning information is provided to the personal digital assistance (mobile phone) corresponding to a determination result that the user is present in the dangerous region.
