PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water leakage to an ice making machine room from an ice storage room with a simple structure, in an auger type ice making machine for arranging the ice storage room above the ice making machine room. SOLUTION: This auger type ice making machine 10 is arranged so that a pushing head 20 arranged in an upper part of a refrigerating casing 13 projects in the ice storage room 12 via a hole part 31 formed in a partition wall part for separating the ice storage room 12 and the ice making machine room 11; and is provided with a guide member 24 fitted to the hole part 31, a cover member 25 for blocking up the hole part 31 by connecting the pushing head 20 and the guide member 24 from the inside of the ice storage room 12, an O ring 26 for sealing a part between an outer peripheral surface of the pushing head 20 and the cover member 25, and an O ring 27 for sealing a part between the guide member 24 and the cover member 25. A downwardly projecting projection part 32 is arranged on the lower end of the guide member 24, and a recess 24e is formed between the projection part 32 and the partition wall part.
