PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To return a proper quantity of lubricating oil to a compressor in response to an operation state of the compressor provided in an air conditioner. SOLUTION: This flow controller 50 is arranged between the compressor 30 for compressing and delivering a refrigerant and an oil separator 37 for separating the lubricating oil included in the refrigerant delivered from the compressor 30. The flow rate of the lubricating oil returning to the compressor 30 from the oil separator 37, is increased as a refrigerant circulating quantity parameter expressed by the product of a rotating speed of the compressor 30 and pressure of the refrigerant in an inlet of the compressor 30 increases.
