PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve chemical resistance, impact resistance, moldability and dimensional stability of a composition comprising a saturated polyester resin, an ABS resin and a polyamide resin. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) 5-60 pts.wt. saturated polyester resin, (B) 10-80 pts.wt. graft copolymer obtained by polymerizing an aromatic vinyl and a copolymerizable monomer in the presence of a gummy polymer, (C) 1-40 pts.wt. unsaturated carboxylic acid-modified copolymer obtained by polymerizing 0.5-20 wt% unsaturated carboxylic acid, 50-89.5 wt% aromatic vinyl and 10-49.5 wt% vinyl cyanide, and having 0.2-0.6 dl/g reduced viscosity, (D) 0-50 pts.wt. copolymer obtained by polymerizing 50-90 wt% aromatic vinyl and 10-50 wt% vinyl cyanide, and (E) 5-60 pts.wt. polyamide resin (with the proviso that the total amount of the components (A) to (E) is 100 pts.wt.).
