PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance air-conditioning comfortability of an occupant at a rear seat in an air conditioner for a vehicle for blowing air-conditioned air from a blowing port at a front side of a front seat to the rear seat side. SOLUTION: The air conditioner for the vehicle is provided with air-blowing means 4, 32 for blowing the air-conditioned air produced in an air-conditioning unit 100 from the blowing port 31 provided at a front side of the front seat 10 toward an upper space of the rear seats 20, 30. An air-leading part 40 is formed on a ceiling in a cabin to lead the air-conditioned air blown by the air-blowing means 4, 32 to the occupant at the rear seat side along the ceiling in the cabin.
