发明名称 FATIGUE STATE INSPECTION METHOD AND DEVICE FOR TROLLEY WIRE DAMAGED PART
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable type device capable of detecting by discriminating AE wave from a damaged part from those of other parts in the device for inspecting the fatigue state of the specific damaged part of a trolley wire using AE method in the laid state, and an inspection method using this. SOLUTION: The fatigue state inspection device 1 comprises an excitation device 2; AE sensors 3a, 3b; and a recording device 4. The excitation device 2 has an excitation means 5 for giving reciprocating vibration in a direction perpendicular to an axis to the trolley wire to open/close front and back side of the damaged part C of the trolley wire while clamping it; and a pair of fixing means 6 clamping and fixing the front and back side of the trolley wire at a position of an equal distance from the damage part to both sides in an axial direction of the trolley wire. A pair of AE sensors 3a, 3b is provided and mounted onto the trolley wire at the position of the equal distance from the damage part C to both sides in the axial direction of the trolley wire between the excitation means 5 and the fixing means 6. The recording device 4 receives output signals of the AE sensors 3a, 3b and an excitation force output signal and an excitation part displacement output signal of an actuator 9 and records them.
