<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid storing container to mainly store a liquid detergent in which a cap member is fitted to a neck part of a container body to fit the cap member to an outer face of an upwardly protruded spouting tool, the cap member can be used as a measuring cup, a stain-removing scrubbing brush function is given to an upper end of the spouting tool, and a non-return valve capable of returning the liquid remaining in the cap member into the container body when the cap member is fitted to the spouting tool is provided. <P>SOLUTION: A double cylinder at the lower end of the spouting tool 11 is fixed to the neck part of the container body 1, a spouting cylinder 20 is erected from its inner cylinder 17 via an inwardly directed flange 19 having a returning hole 18, and a spouting hole 23 is formed at the center of a top plate 21 of the spouting cylinder, a scrubbing small raise 24 is provided on an outer periphery of an upper face of the top plate.
