PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device capable of providing a high-quality image whose amount of shading is reduced, even if a focal length changes. SOLUTION: The imaging device 10 comprises a light receiving sensor 12, and an on-chip (micro)lens 14 and a color filter 16 provided correspondingly to the sensor 12 on an optical path for incident light incident on the sensor 12. Moreover, the imaging device 10 comprises a variable plate 18, and the variable plate 18 changes the position of the on-chip lens 14 according to the direction of incidence of the incident light onto the sensor 12.
