SERVICE PROVIDING SYSTEM AND ITS CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service providing system and its control method capable of linking and controlling a plurality of service providing devices in response to control contents of the service providing devices when simultaneously controlling the plurality of service providing devices.

SOLUTION: In addition to the service providing device and a control device, the service providing system is provided with an auxiliary control device comprising an environment information receiving means for receiving and classifying environment information monitoring the service providing device, and environment information related to the control contents, from the service providing device; a control target service determining means for determining the service providing device which is a control target of the control device on the basis of the environment information received by the environment information receiving means; and an accumulation target environment information determining means for determining the environment information which is an accumulation target of the control device on the basis of the environment information received by the environment information receiving means.
