<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment-resistant axial fan that can sufficiently exhibit an air-blast cooling function without causing an insulation malfunction even in such an unfavorable environment that a cutting agent falls on. <P>SOLUTION: The axial fan 100A comprises a coil 1 that is an electric part, and the coil 1 has an insulating material 3 at its core, for example, a laminated core 2, and wound to the insulating material 3. The coil 1 is integrated with a circuit board 6 whereon an electronic component 4 and a capacitor 5 are mounted, to constitute the core 20.
