摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor and a physical quantity detection system having a reduced device scale while ensuring a function for preventing the false detection of a predetermined physical quantity. <P>SOLUTION: Two oscillators 14-1, 14-2 are provided which are subjected to excitation oscillation in opposite phase in the X-axis direction and are subjected to displacement oscillation in opposite phase in the Y-axis direction, which is perpendicular to the X-axis direction, when angular velocity about a predetermined axis occurs. The angular velocity about the predetermined axis is detected on the basis of the difference between the displacement positions of the two oscillators 14-1, 14-2 in the Y-axis direction. A link part 40 and damping parts 50a, 50b are provided. The link part 40 functions as a fixed point when the two oscillators 14-1, 14-2 are displaced in opposite phase and is displaced in the Y-axis direction together with the two oscillators 14-1, 14-2 when the two oscillators 14-1, 14-2 are displaced in the same phase.
