摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode pattern capable of suppressing the peeling of a ceramic layer at the time of lamination and adhesion and after degreasing and baking, a ceramic heater, a gas sensor element and a manufacturing method of them. <P>SOLUTION: The electrode pattern 2 is provided in a laminate and characterized in that the cross section thereof has a shape which contains a plurality of protruded parts. The ceramic heater is constituted using the electrode pattern 2. The gas sensor element and its manufacturing method are also disclosed. The manufacturing method of the electrode pattern 2 includes a process for forming an electrode pattern on a green sheet, a process for forming the electrode pattern into a shape that the cross section of the electrode pattern contains a plurality of protruded parts, a process for laminating the green sheet to another green sheet and a process for simultaneously baking the obtained laminate of the green sheets. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
