<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business technique for cleaning a wheelchair. <P>SOLUTION: A head office provides a technical guidance, an advice, and cleaning machine materials by expenses for cleaning a wheelchair through mail distribution on a telephone line and a personal computer from the head office and the distribution of electronic mediums such as a video tape and a DVD for an office having wheelchair users as customers in the whole country, a store for selling nursing supplies, and a person desiring to open and develop a wheelchair cleaning business such as house cleaning business.
