<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insurance policy for a present, which is suitable for the present given to an assured person by an insurance contractor, and an issuing method therefor the insurance policy. <P>SOLUTION: A message indication part and an image indication part are provided on the front side or backside of the insurance policy for the present. When taking out an insurance, the insurance contractor presents an insurance company with information desired to be indicated on the insurance policy of the insurance to be taken out. When creating the insurance policy for the present, the insurance company prints out the information on the front side or backside of the insurance policy for the present an insurance company by using the information obtained from the insurance contractor.
