<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic capacitance sensor capable of regulating sensitivity without changing a specification of a sensor main body 3, and capable of reducing a difference of the detection sensitivity between positions to be regulated to a required balance. <P>SOLUTION: A sheetlike conductor 6 is arranged in a detection face side of the sensor main body 3, one part of the conductor 6 is arranged to be opposed overlappedly to a detecting electrode 3a of the sensor main body 3, a detection range of the electrostatic capacitance sensor is thereby expanded by the conductor 6, and the conductor 6 is constituted to provide trimming for regulating the detection sensitivity of the electrostatic capacitance sensor (to provide a cut-out part 6a). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
