<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam barrier film difficult to allow the adhesion of dust or the like and having high gas barrier properties. <P>SOLUTION: In the steam barrier film constituted by providing at least one inorganic gas barrier layer on a polyalkylene naphthalate resin base material film, the glass transition point (Tg) of a polyalkylene naphthalate resin base material is 70-150°C and the steam barrier film has at least one conductive layer with a resistivity of 10<SP>12</SP>Ω(at 25°C, relative humidity: 60%) or below. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
