PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single power source voltage measuring circuit which does not cause a dead zone in wide range in measuring a high voltage of a single polarity with an operational amplifier with a single power source. SOLUTION: The single power source voltage measuring circuit is provided with a voltage divider dividing the voltage with a single polarity of the voltage measuring point, an operation amplifier of a single source converting the voltage divided with the voltage divider into impedance and outputting. A reference voltage generation means 22 maintaining the electric potential on a non-voltage measuring side in a series circuit of partial resistances R1, R2 constituting the voltage divider at a reference voltage value over an output voltage limit value and below an input voltage limit value of the single power source operation amplifier 20.
