PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occupant crash protection device improving an occupant crash protection effect by preventing jumping of an occupant to the front. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a buckle switch 29 for detecting a wearing state of a seat belt of the occupant, a collision predicting part 11 for predicting a collision of a vehicle, a braking instructing part 14 for automatically braking the vehicle based on the predicting result by the collision predicting part 11, and an airbag deployment instructing part 15 for instructing deployment of an air bag 42. The airbag deployment instructing part 15 instructs deployment of the airbag 42 suitable for protecting the occupant toward the occupant wearing no seat belt detected by the buckle switch 29 according to braking starting timing by the braking instructing part 14.
