PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freely adjustable mat-cum-neck pillow mitigating the fatigue in the shoulders, the back and the hips when driving a car and removing the fatigue of the neck when reclining a seat and lying down during a break. SOLUTION: This mat-cum-neck pillow is characterized in that large acupressure balls 2 and small acupressure balls 3 are aligned into two rows in narrow sides and their insides of a rectangular cloth 1 respectively, a cloth 4 having same shape with the rectangular cloth 1 covers thereon and sewn, a string 5 is attached to one of the narrow sides, and rubber 6 is attached to the other.
