The chemical cleaning composition comprising a hydroxycarboxylic acid, wherein the hydroxycarboxylic comprises from about 1 weight percent to about 20 weight percent. A peroxymonosulfate compound can be added, wherein the peroxymonosulfate comprises from about 10 weight percent to about 60 weight percent. Sodium tripolyphosphate can be added, wherein the sodium tripolyphosphate comprises from about 10 weight percent to about 30 weight percent. An enzyme can be added to the mixture. Carboxymethylcellulose can be added to the composition, wherein the carboxymethylcellulose comprises from about 1 weight percent to about 2 weight percent.
