A voltage controlled oscillator comprises a power supply terminal (101); a control terminal (2) for controlling output frequencies; output terminals (3a,3b); cross-linked transistors (5a,5b); capacitances (6a,6b,7a,7b); an LC tank (10a,10b); a resistor (117); a grounded capacitance (18); and a center frequency control circuit (16). The center frequency control circuit (16) comprises resistors (11a,11b); a grounded capacitance (12); a center frequency control terminal (4) for controlling the center frequency of the output frequencies; and a voltage divider circuit (15). The resistors (11a,11b) are connected to the respective base terminals of the cross-linked transistors (5a,5b) and also connected, on the other side, to each other at a junction, which is further connected to both the grounded capacitance (12) and an end of the voltage divider circuit (15). The other end of the voltage divider circuit (15) is connected to the center frequency control terminal (4).
