<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance advertisement effect with the usage of the multiplier effect of communication by a portable telephone and an electronic money system. <P>SOLUTION: An advertisement is transmitted to the portable telephone of a user by e-mail, and cash-back to the portable telephone of the user in a value is executed when the user buys a commodity in the value based on the advertisement. Thus, a benefit is imparted to the user, and thereby the advertisement effect can be enhanced, and the advertisement effect can be confirmed. The user makes a purchase in the value in accordance with the advertisement mail sent to the portable telephone 3, and then the user can receive cash-back from an electronic money server 2, and the benefit can be imparted to the user.
