<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a sensor unit in convenience at an analyzing operation, which employs a transistor. <P>SOLUTION: The sensor unit has a substrate 108 and the transistor 103, comprising a source electrode 111 and a drain electrode 112 formed on the substrate 108; a channel 113 which is made of an organic semiconductor and used as a current channel between the source electrode 111 and the drain electrode 112; and a sensing gate for detection 117.
