<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a client who has requested maintenance of a vehicle to know the state of the vehicle under maintenance and the progress of maintenance, and to be informed of the faulty part appropriately without staying near a maintenance room. <P>SOLUTION: In the maintenance room 1 for vehicles, there are placed a vehicle 2 to receive maintenance, a maintenance technician 3, a cellular phone 11 for maintenance technician to contact the client 10, a work progress updating terminal 12 for updating information on the progress status of the work and so on, a plurality of live cameras 40-42, and a broadband router 5 for access to the Internet 6. The cameras 40-42 and the work progress updating terminal 12 are connected to the Internet network 6 via the broadband router 5. A server 7 connected to the Internet network 6 delivers dynamic images from the cameras 40-42 and delivers the Web information on the work schedule/progress and so on.
