PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the conventional typical automatic wiring algorithm that wiring takes a long period of time and the amount of memory consumption is large, and that there are cases where the processing is not completed even if the obstructive existing wiring is ripped out. SOLUTION: A numerical value indicating whether wiring can be made is set to each of the intersections of grids. While the presence or absence of an obstruction is checked for each grid pitch by changing the value sequentially, a wiring line can be extended (incremented).
