PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic e-mail transmission system which can transmit more detailed information on a status of a transmitting person automatically by e-mail, a portable communication terminal, an automatic e-mail transmission method, and a program thereof. SOLUTION: A portable communication terminal which performs automatic transmission of e-mail at a predetermined position discriminates a kind of a movement means of a possessor of a portable communication terminal based on a history of positional information, generates an e-mail according to the kind of the movement means, and transmits automatically the e-mail to a receiving side communication terminal. When there is no update of positional information in prescribed time set up beforehand or when acquired positional information exists outside of an area registered beforehand for prescribed number of times (prescribed time) continuously, the e-mail is automatically transmitted to prescribed destination.
