PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide measuring tools with which the pressing force of a ferrule and the pressing force of an engaging pawl etc. can be measured efficiently. SOLUTION: A measuring tool 50 is equipped; with an insertion part 52 which is inserted into the insertion space of a plug adaptor; a contact part 54 which comes in contact with a part to be measured; a measuring part 68 which measures force which is received by the contact part 54 from the part to be measured in the insertion space; a main body part 56 on which the insertion part 52 is provided; a slide member 58 which is combined to the main body part 56 to be slidable. A pawl piece 60 which is provided so that it can be inserted into the insertion space from the outer side of the insertion part 52, and which is fitted to the engaging pawl by being inserted into the insertion space so as to open the engaging pawl is provided on the tip of the slide member 58.
