PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To photograph a prescribed region, photograph a mobile body in the region, and hereby easily reproduce an image desired by a user among images obtained as a result. SOLUTION: A sensor camera 121 photographs a prescribed region. A tracing object image acquisition module 223 photographs a mobile body detected by a mobile body detection module 222. A display information DB 226 stores a sensor image. A mobile body information DB 227 stores the mobile body and reproduction information with respect to the reproduction of a sensor image from which the mobile body is sensed in cross-reference with each other on the basis of a sensing result. A reproduction module 231 reads the reproduction information corresponding to the mobile body from the display information DB 226 when the reproduction of the sensor image sensing the mobile body is ordered, and reproduces the sensor image stored in the mobile information DB 227 on the basis of the reproduction information.
