PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a near-infrared radiation fluorescent lamp not irradiating red colored light while irradiating near-infrared-ray capable of preventing paddy rice from delay of coming into ear. SOLUTION: Near-infrared-ray can be irradiated by applying a paint containing iron-activated lithium aluminate as a main component on the inner face of the fluorescent lamp, by the above, emission of red colored light can be prevented.
