PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that storage capability of the conventional floppy disk, etc. is limited because of its structure, storage capability of a record is limited from size of its disk and, as for a tape recorder, it is hard to take up a tape while straining it. SOLUTION: The storage capability is increased by making a main body cylindrical and winding a lead (a thing like the tape of the tape recorder or a groove of the disk of the record) spirally around its cylinder and fetching record of information collection. Time to return from termination to a starting point is shortened by using a control part along the cylindrical main body in transmission/reception of the information. The tape is fixed and also treated as a floppy disk. Furthermore, a plurality of pieces of small amount of information are simultaneously fetched by simultaneously arranging a plurality of leads to the cylinder and providing control parts respectively to them and thus diversification is attained. It is necessary to fetch a large amount of information, however, it is also necessary to fetch a large number of pieces of small amount of information and this is attained.
