PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for manufacturing biochips that manufactures biochips where each probe quantity on a spotted part on each plate is uniform, when spotting the probe on a plurality of plates. SOLUTION: The distance from a microtiter plate 2 storing the probe to a plate 3, where the probe is to be spotted is set to be constant, and a probe solution quantity evaporated during a period, starting from taking out the probe from the microtiter plate 2 by a pin 4 until spotting the probe on the plate 3, is set to be approximately the same, to thereby uniformize the quantity of the probe to be spotted on the plate.
